For providers

The same standards apply whether or not you pay us.

A public profile is an editorial research product. Provider participation can improve accuracy, but it cannot buy ranking, approval, or control over independent facts.

Public listing standard

We publish only information that is material to a veteran’s comparison and supported by an identified source or a clearly labeled authorized provider submission. Directory inclusion does not mean a provider participates in NexProviders or meets a future marketplace-readiness gate.

Exact status labels

We use narrow statements such as Representative confirmed, Profile information reviewed, or License checked: state and date. We do not use a broad “Verified Provider” badge because one check cannot prove every relevant fact.

Provider submissions

An authorized representative may submit corrections, current policies, pricing, services, and supporting sources. Submissions remain distinct from independently collected research, are reviewed by a human, and do not publish automatically.

Pricing transparency

Providers should separate any required records-review fee from the later service price and state refundability, credits, included review limits, deliverables, turnaround, consultation or examination requirements, and important cancellation or revision terms.

Neutral treatment

  • No paid organic rank.
  • No fee for factual correction review.
  • No removal of accurate material facts because they are unfavorable.
  • No promise of leads, case volume, approval, or launch timing.
  • No self-publication or provider-written clinical-quality rating.

Future marketplace participation

The marketplace is not open. If a controlled pilot launches, profile publication, organization authority, professional or jurisdiction readiness, service readiness, payment readiness, and current capacity will remain separate states. A listing alone will not authorize case access.

Review or correct a listing

Start by finding the public profile. Then use the correction process or find your organization. Do not email veteran records or other sensitive clinical information.
