Our working standard
- Keyboard access and visible focus.
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and useful control names.
- Readable contrast without using color as the only signal.
- Zoom, narrow-screen reflow, and touch targets designed for real use.
- Reduced-motion support and plain-language error recovery.
Known status
Automated checks and component-level accessibility are part of every build. Full manual keyboard, screen-reader, zoom/reflow, mobile-device, grayscale, and color-vision QA remain release gates. We will not claim complete conformance before those checks finish.
Report a barrier
Email support@nexproviders.com with the page, what you were trying to do, the barrier, and—if you choose—your browser, device, or assistive technology. Do not include medical or claim information.
Alternative access
If a barrier prevents access to published research, ask for the same information in a usable format. Accessibility requests are handled separately from provider ranking or correction decisions.
