Public research stays separate from clinical data.

This prelaunch notice describes the current public research, account, and provider-listing product. It does not authorize a future clinical case system.

Data used now

  • Public provider and professional information used for research.
  • Account identifiers, authentication records, and security/session metadata.
  • Saved provider IDs or comparison preferences without medical reasons.
  • Provider organization, authority, correction, and listing submissions.
  • Operational logs, support metadata, consent records, and coarse product events.

Why we use it

We use current-stage data to operate accounts, preserve saved research, research and correct listings, verify organization authority, secure the service, answer support requests, meet legal obligations, and understand coarse product performance.

Service providers

Vendors may support hosting, databases, authentication, email, security, and error monitoring. Access should be limited to the service performed. A current vendor register, retention schedule, and allowlisted analytics plan must pass the Stage 1 privacy gate before public release.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information or allow payment to alter research. Information may be disclosed to service providers operating the product, to protect users or the service, to comply with law, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and deletion

Information should be kept only as long as needed for the purpose collected, security, disputes, auditability, and legal obligations. Exact retention periods and deletion verification remain part of the prelaunch privacy gate.

Your requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of applicable account information by emailing support@nexproviders.com. We may need to verify identity and retain limited records where legally or operationally required.

Future clinical marketplace

A future case workspace would require a separately reviewed role and data map, appropriate contracts, risk analysis, access controls, secure storage, audit logging, retention and deletion rules, incident response, and synthetic testing before live records are accepted. None of that is implied to be active today.
