FAQ

What NexProviders does—and does not do.

Short answers about the research product available now and the separately gated marketplace that may come later.

Do I need an account to browse?

No. Provider search, profiles, methodology, and comparison are public. An account should be requested only when it creates value, such as saving research.

Does NexProviders recommend the best provider?

No. We organize comparable facts, sources, dates, policies, and unknowns. We do not certify clinical quality or decide who fits a veteran’s circumstances.

Does a starting price include every required fee?

Not always. A provider may require a paid records review before offering another service. We separate those stages and show a minimum known spend only when the published required amounts can be calculated safely.

Can providers pay to rank higher?

No. Payment cannot change organic research order, sourced facts, evidence labels, or correction handling. Read the full independence disclosure.

Can a provider correct a profile?

Yes. Corrections are free to request and reviewed against sources. Provider submissions do not publish automatically. See Corrections.

Is the marketplace open?

No. Requests, case records, provider review, offers, payments, messaging, and deliverables remain behind separate product, legal, privacy, security, and provider-readiness gates.

Should I send records to NexProviders?

No. The public-research product and ordinary support channels are not approved for medical records, diagnoses, claim narratives, SSNs, VA file numbers, or clinical messages.

Is NexProviders part of VA?

No. NexProviders is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
